As of August 10th 2008, Travco call Centre was officially transferred from Zamalek to the main Headquarters in Sheikh Zayed City, operating from 8.30 am to 9 pm. Covering all of Egypt, the new Call Centre offers a variety of services namely international and domestic hotel bookings, ticketing services, outgoing packages, Nile cruise and transportation reservations, safari excursions, Meet and Assist, and religious tourism. 

Building upon the synergy of the Travco network, all the Travco retail branches located around Egypt are responsible for handling the bookings transferred to them from the Call Center, providing the clients with quality service and a full range of travel solutions wherever they are. They are also considered as the clients’ time savers due to their convenient locations all over Egypt.
