As a result of implementing and conducting strict measures to preserve the environment, Jaz Hotels, Resorts & Cruises, the industry’s rising star, has participated in Clean up the World day.

Believing that climate changes and other environmental challenges impact every corner of the globe, Clean up the World, one of the world’s largest community based environmental campaigns, organizes this event to encourage individuals to be responsible of the environment’s conservation through a range of affordable actions. The event is held annually in conjunction with the United Nations program and brings together hundreds of members from around the globe ranging from local to global communities.

Preserving water sources, energy conservation and planting trees, are the ingredients of Jaz Hotels, Resorts & Cruises’ recipe that qualified it to be a member of the Clean up the World program. This year, Madinat Makadi organized a huge event for the campaign. The event entailed a Clean Up campaign for the sea water that was organized by the hotel management and the international diving centers, namely “Extra Divers” and “HEPCA”. It included gathering 10 hotels that had been briefed about the event, and have set up their proprieties and roles.

As a part of Jaz Hotels, Resorts & Cruises’ endless efforts to encourage the implementation of “Eco tourism”, Iberotel Palace Sharm El Sheikh took the initiative to organize upcoming environment’s preservation events in the region of South Sinai.
