Held by the Global Rally Organization Ltd, Rallye Med is a friendship rally that aims at visiting areas of outstanding historic and topographic interest, during which the number of cars in the tours don’t exceed 25.

This year, the itinerary was very challenging as it included driving around the Mediterranean, as well as covering about 18,000 kilometers through widely differing cultures and landscapes from Morocco to Albania in two months. Moreover, there were constant reminders of the civilizations that have shaped history along its shores from the Greco – Roman Empire in Libya’s Cyrene & Leptis Magna, Syria’s Palmyra, to the Pyramids of ancient Egypt and Jordan’s Petra.
