JAZ Hotels and Resorts recently unveiled plans of the inauguration of the Tala Bay Resort located in Al- Aqaba-Jordan scheduled to open in October 2008. The property is planned to be managed under the group’s luxury hotel brand JAZ Resorts.

JAZ Tala Bay Resort features 306 rooms on three floors, including two executive suites, nine junior suites, 145 family rooms, 148 superior rooms and two for the physically challenged. The five-star resort is ideally situated and consists of two stepped platforms; 11.9m above sea level for one and 7.5m high for the other and comprises 160 m wide private beach.

JAZ Tala Bay is situated at the southern shores of the Red Sea at the Gulf of Aqaba, a beachfront of breathtaking scenery and untouched corals. Set on 65,300 square meters, the hotel will be part of Jordan's first integrated resort and residential community Tala Bay.

Tala Bay is located approximately 14 kilometers south of the City of Aqaba on a crescent shaped shoreline known as Tala Bay. All the attractions at JAZ Tala Bay are developed in a distinguished architectural style blending the local and regional architecture into a modern setting.

JAZ Tala Bay Resort consists of many facilities and entertainment venues to cater to all guests. As a full-fledged beach resort, JAZ Tala Bay offers the ideal getaway for a relaxing and fun-filled holiday, featuring a wide variety of dining venues, a pub, and a number of indoor and outdoor bars.

For leisure travelers, the resort offers its guests two separate wellness areas for ladies and gentlemen with saunas, steam rooms, Jacuzzis, massage rooms, changing rooms and showers.
