Egypt Air announced recently that there will be a charge on excess baggage for all domestic flights.

The maximum weight per passenger is 20 kg, and depending on the destination, an additional fee will be added to every extra kilo, multiplied by 1.5%. This decision was taken to ensure safety and organization amongst all flights on the national carrier.
