In line with the branding vision, Sofitel Cataract Aswan plans to implement the new Sofitel vision and become one of the leading and most spectacular hotels worldwide.

Consequently, the renovation will begin in April 1st 2008 and will continue for a period of 18-24 months, during which the hotel will be completely shut down. Afterthe opening, Sofitel Cataract will be one of the few Sofitel Legend Brand Hotels in the world.

There are currently 11 Sofitel branches in Egypt, spread between Cairo, Alexandria, Luxor, Sharm El Sheikh, and Hurghada, with the latest one being Sofitel El Gezira Cairo, which was recently launched in October 2007.
