Escorted Self-Drive Safaris & Rallies:
Adventure Holidays is the main organizer of the Rally of the Pharoans, this is
why it is one of the very few travel companies that provide self-drive adventure
safaris. Participants enjoy driving their own Land Cruisers, while being
accompanied by leading and support vehicles. Imagine the experience of
challenging Saharan sand dunes and other wild terrain while behind the wheel
during an exciting off-road adventure in the Sahara.
Adventure Holidays gives you the chance to
experience world Rally Champions’ daily life by enjoying a raid on the tracks of
the Rally, in addition to enjoying a half day self-drive as per the Rally

Combined Desert and Diving Safaris (including camel diving):
Participants take pleasure in exploring the mysterious desert as well as diving
in the breathtaking underwater world of the Red Sea. In addition to our desert
4X4 cruises, Adventure Holidays provides a custom-built Toyota pick-up that
houses a built-in diving center, including a compressor, generator, diving gear

Diving/Snorkeling Safaris:
For those interested in more than shore diving, our safaris on our luxurious
live-abroad yachts will fulfill your needs. Adventure Holidays conducts several
snorkeling and diving trips in the Red Sea. We will take you to incredible
diving sites, some of which are so remote that they remain virtually untouched.
You will be accompanied by one of our medically trained diving instructors who
will safely guide you on your diving/snorkeling safari. All our instructors
belong to a network of PADI certified 5* diving centers that are equipped with
the latest in diving equipment. |

Fishing Safaris:
Lake Nasser
Located in southern Egypt, Lake Nasser has been a desert for millions of years.
The lake was created by the construction of the Aswan High Dam. The lake can
supply a catch of up to 80,000 tons of fish per year (300 tons per day!)
“It is not just fishing, it is the whole place; the contrast between the desert
and the big lake with nothing between them. There is no where in the world to
compare. The fishing, too, is quite amazing”. Overhead the sky is vast, bright
blue and crystal clear, while the dark, rolling water below spreads away to the
horizon, where barren rust-colored peaks rise up on the shoreline.The
water is clean, fresh and safe for swimming.
If you are looking for solitude, silence and space,
Lake Nasser is the place. The extensiveness and silence are the two things that
strike you most strongly. This is one of Egypt’s remote and wild places. The
areas where we fish are extremely remote and wild as well. The Lake Nasser
Safari is a must for those who enjoy “getting away from it all”. You will be
completely cut off from all forms of civilization.
For those interested in more than fishing experience, Lake Nasser boasts 17
Ancient Egyptian and Nubian temples. It is full of resident and migratory birds,
mainly ducks, the infrequent quick look of crocodiles, and monitor lizards. For
those who have a sense of adventure and appreciate an outdoor life, the safari
